EUDR without guesswork: a ready-made document set
We prepare the complete set of documents you need to implement EUDR in your company. You don't have to build the documentation from scratch — you get a ready set that you can roll out and fill in with your own data.

Which products are covered?
EUDR applies to seven commodities and many derived products listed in Annex I — from furniture, paper and cardboard packaging to chocolate, leather and tyres.

Annex I

- ChocolateCN 1806covered
- Car tyresCN 4011 10covered
- Plastic furnitureCN 9403 70out
Which products exactly
EUDR does not ask which raw material you use, it asks which item you ship.
Annex I is a long list: wooden furniture, paper and paperboard, cardboard packaging, cocoa and chocolate, coffee, palm oil, rubber tyres and tubes, leather, soya and feed. If the item you ship carries a CN code from that list, you need the documentation — even when someone else bought the wood or the cocoa.
The same article can be in scope in one version and out in another: a wooden chair is covered, a plastic one is not. That is why scope is checked by CN code, line by line — first in your own catalogue, then with every supplier.

Three dates after the December 2025 amendment and the September 2026 update to the product list. Which one applies to you depends on your size, when the company was set up and what you ship.
30.12.2026
Medium-sized and large companies, downstream operators and traders. Also micro and small companies trading wood products already covered by the old timber regulation, or set up after 31 December 2024.
30.06.2027
Natural persons and companies that were already micro or small at the end of 2024, for every product outside that timber exception. Size follows EU accounting rules, not the SME definition used for grants.
30.12.2027
Products added to Annex I in September 2026: soluble coffee, some palm-oil derivatives, frozen cattle tongues. They were named later, so they get an extra year.
What EUDR requires
Deforestation-free
Commodities must not come from land deforested or degraded after 31 December 2020.
Legally produced
Production must comply with the laws of the country of origin.
Geolocation data
Coordinates of every plot where the commodity was produced, collected from your supply chain.
Due diligence statement
Submitted in the EU information system before placing on the market or exporting.
Risk assessment
Information collection, risk assessment and mitigation — documented and kept for 5 years.
Deadlines
After the latest postponement: 30 December 2026 for large and medium companies, 30 June 2027 for micro and small. Check the current status before acting.
How we help
Scope check
We map your products and CN codes against Annex I and your role: operator or trader.
Supplier data
Questionnaire for suppliers: origin, geolocation, legality evidence.
Risk assessment
Structured due diligence file with evidence and mitigation steps.
Statement ready
Data prepared for the due diligence statement and reference numbers kept with your products.
Who it's for

Product & sourcing
You pick materials and suppliers for new lines and want to know which of them bring EUDR duties along.

Back office & documentation
Someone has to collect the numbers, hold the papers for five years and answer when an inspector calls.

Warehouse & shipping
Goods arrive from outside the EU and leave again — you want to know what to note when you take them in.

Your own workshop
You run a joinery, a sawmill, a roastery or a small plant and want the rules without a consultant.
What you get
Seven files, all editable: one PDF you read once, two Word documents you send out and four Excel sheets you fill in as deliveries come.

EUDR seemed quite complicated at first, especially when it came to establishing our company's role and the scope of documentation we actually need. The package organised it all for me. Instead of analysing dozens of pages of regulations on my own, I got practical tools that can be adapted to the organisation right away.
